Swanage Passion Play 2013
On Good Friday the churches and community of Swanage will be putting on a Passion Play.
This year the plan is to make this a real community event drawing in people from inside and outside the churches. Brian Harries will be producer and Jay Buckle Musical Director - both of them have extensive experience of putting on brilliant community productions.
There are lots of ways to be involved - we are looking for singers, actors, dancers, musicians and people to help with scenery, costumes, props, publicity. The plan is not just to involve our young people as much as we can but EVERYONE.
If you would like to help please come along to All Saints Hall on Sunday 27 January from 3-5pm to find out more about the production. Auditions will be at All Saints Church on Monday 28 January from 7.30-9.30.
The plan is that we find out more about the production on the Sunday and you'll be given some words or a song to look through and then auditions will be on the Monday evening - the show will be cast on the night!
Even if you don't want to perform there are loads of ways to be involved so come along on Sunday 27 and find out more. It's going to be very exciting - don't miss out on Swanage's theatrical event of the year!'
