Telling others

The Good News about Jesus is much too good to keep to ourselves.  Telling others about Jesus is the task of every Christian.  But we aim to do this in a number of specific ways

Our Evangelism Action Team – a group with a heart for evangelism.  Their task is to get stuck into telling others about Jesus – and to encourage others to do the same.  If you believe God has given you a particular gift in this area – or you just want to get involved – speak to Andrew our vicar.

Alpha – this is a remarkable course which almost 20 million people worldwide have now taken.  It lasts for about 10 weeks, begins with a meal followed by a talk which each week explores a different aspect of the Christian faith.  Then there is a ‘no holds barred’ discussion when you can ask any question you like.  We hole Alpha once or twice a year – why not come along and give it a try?

Mission Action Team – we believe that God wants us to be involved in supporting the church worldwide.  The Mission Action Team meets regularly to support various people and organisations in mission.  Let us know if you’d like to be involved.

The Mission Board at the back of the church is regularly updated giving you key info about what our link missionaries are up to.  Have a look for the latest prayer information.  We also focus on one particular mission in our Mission of the Month slot our 10.30 service.

We have links with a whole number of different people and organisations involved in mission at home and abroad including
