Prayer is the lifeblood of the church.  So at All Saints we are committed to being a praying church.

Alongside prayer in small groups and prayer triplets, there is:-

Morning Prayer every weekday morning at 8.15am in the ‘Quiet Room’ (just off the main church)

Hour of Prayer every Saturday morning in the Quiet Room from 9.00-10.00am

Personal Prayer Ministry after and during the 10.30 service and Purbeck Evening Praise.

Pre-service prayer at 10.00am before the 10.30 service

Regular days of prayer and fasting – keep an eye out on the ‘What’s On’ section.

Ecumenical Prayer Group - The opportunity to join together with other Christians in Swanage to intercede for our town and our nation – contact Alan Dominy on 01929 426452 for more details

We were created above all to worship Jesus, our wonderful God and Saviour.  So we believe that we must focus on worship as a key priority.

People at All Saints find it helpful to worship in a variety of ways.  Our main Sunday service uses some traditional hymns but also contemporary worship led by our band.  But we believe that however we worship the key is worship in Spirit and in truth.  That means that as we come together to worship we encounter for ourselves the God of the Universe who comes and is present with his people as they come to worship him.

Above all as we worship we need to leave space for the Holy Spirit to come in power to speak to us and empower us with his gifts.  We believe that the experience of the Holy Spirit in the Early Church can and should be ours as we meet week by week.
